Model Characteristic

1. Full automatic control offset machine air pump and paper feed

2. The coding machine is controlled through PLC and can realize shutdown self-inspection,automatic ink feeding and automatic shutdown when short of paper.

3. The impression cylinder structure adopts imported stainless torsion spring to ensure aging-free of the spring during long time operation ,thus avoiding spring breaking and serious accident.

4. The bridge piece ,upper&lower machine head and paper collection part shall be overall modified.Needle bearing and copper sleeves are eliminated to enable smoother printing and avoid scrapping of the shafts due to lock of oil.

5. The operating system has a 2-step device to control the water ink.The combined device for separation and reunion,which costs high and is hard to control is no longer used.

6. The general control platform is changed to central control from decentralized control,which much facilitates the operation.
